Saturday

My garage sale finds from 2 weeks ago.  I spent $17.50 which is more than I normaly spend but I got a lot of clothes for Kade.  Each clothing item was 50 cents so I bought a lot and the shoes were also 50 cents. And of course more books but when they are less than a dollar a piece I just can't pass them up.

Saturday morning we had a ward Christmas breakfast.  Santa was there and Kade was waiting in line to see him.

Just someone else holding him he didn't really seem to care.

We then went to a friends birthday party.  I"m surprised Kade left the birthday hat on.

I made this bear for the birthday boy. Jill gave me this book on how to make your own toys and so I gave it a try.  I was pretty happy with the way it turned out.

Here is a bad picture of us but we all kind of matched so i wanted to take a picture.  And thats about as much decorating as I did this year.

Its COLD

It is COLD.  i HATE the cold. I hate being cold my feet are never warm and we have to stay inside for the most part.  I was looking through some pictures of our trip last year and came across these.   I like the beauty of the snow but I am sooooo glad we are going to California this year instead of up north.  Don't get me wrong I loved our trip last year it was wonderful but I am so excited to go to where it is warmer. And if it isn't warm I can sit infront of my in-laws wood burning stove and keep nice and warm.

I think the snow is fun to play in and pretty to look at but that's about it.  I can't wait to be in California...now it will probably be freezing and raining that would just be my luck.

Beginning of November

Things have been busy the last few weeks with Jesse coming home and being around a lot and then Thanksgiving.  Here are a few updates from a couple weeks ago.  I still need to upload the other pictures onto the computer.

I had a photo shoot with Erica who will soon be leaving on her mission to Armenia.  Check out the photo blog for more pictures.



We went to Ryan's super hero birthday and I made the spiderman cake with some help from Jill

The princesses.  The only 2 girls and they both were Snow White.  So cute.

We have been going to the park a lot because the weather has been so warm.  I know I'm dressed in long sleves and let me tell you I was so hot.  Kade loves to swing I have more pictures waiting on the camera too.
