There really is so much to do in Chiang Mai but we tried to keep it low key and fun. On our last day there we wanted to go to one of the night markets so we had a chill day and went to the 3d art museum.
These 3 are clowns |
Pretty sure this is how Jack went boogie boarding last year with my dousing Garret. |
Floating down the river |
Don't worry Kade i'll just pull you off into the whole. |
They had so much fun with these paintings |
Jesse loved how he looked in this picture bald boy with his ears sticking out! |
He has such a hard life!! |
Just hanging out in the lobby |
The hotel pool |
Loved the lanterns |
So I took pictures of the signs so i knew where we had gone. |
So much detail in these pictures |
Super old temple |
Some unique flower |
The statues there were so much fun |
We walked from our hotel to the old square and on our walk we stopped and took pictures of some of the temples. So here was the next one. |
The man was sweeping and cleaning up |
Part of a really old temple that looks like they were fixing. |
Seriously aren't these great! |
This one was just so pretty all lit up from the sun setting. |
Its amazing how old these buildings are and how they are still standing |
So temple had ones with monks and we think these little huts are where they live. Life is so simple there and so different. |
Chiang Mai was great and there was still so much more to see and do maybe one day we will go back and do some hikes and explore more.
