Christmas-New Years

We had a yummy Christmas breakfast of cinnamon roll

Lorna made a Lumberjack hat. Jack pulls off the look quite nicely

mom interrupting a Christmas show...how rude

Grandma Kathy and Papa Charlie gave us a tortilla press and its amazing.

Seth playing with one of his Christmas toys

Naked Jack trying to get out.

After a year of not really using the jeep we got a new battery for it and now all the boys have a great time in it.  Seth is a scary driver

Kade loves to go fishing with Jesse until they are actually out there then he is tired after 15 minutes. But he is dressed to impress when he is on the kayak!

For our anniversary we went and dove at Horseshoe and Mermaids Grotto also known as Onna's  Point. It was a little cold but really fun. I finally saw a turtle!

We went out to Chili's one night for dinner and the boys thought it was great

More fun with the jeep and friends

New Years Eve my friend Emily and I took the kids and walked around the mall to see if there were  any great deals. Kade was pouting so i took a picture.

We got melon bread ice cream sandwiches and they are so good.

Future spouses.

We had new years eve with the Park's. Jack loves Jon, Jon is pretty much the fun Uncle for all the kids.

Doesn't Seth make a cute girl

Movie time while we played games.

New years day we went on a hike called Ishikawadake. We went with the Moss boys and the Lum's and had a great time.

A map of the hike

Kami and I at the top. She is the kindest person I have ever met.

Eric and Kami

All the boys (except Jack) they all had so much fun running and climbing.

At the end of our hike there were a few rope swings that the boys had a blast going on.

As long as we are outside and moving Jack is happy

We have had a lot of rain this winter and thank goodness there are a few indoor playgrounds. We went to this one called Mihama and the boys had a great time

Lots of climbing and ball pits. and its safe so the parents can relax and chat while the kids run around

Took the McP girls on an errand with us and we had to wait at the park to meet a lady so we got donuts

There is a place in Yomitan that has a cave where local residents hid during WWII. The cave we went to is called Happy cave and the story has it there were two caves the Happy cave and Sad cave. In the happy cave their were 2 taxi drivers that told the locals that the american's weren't going to hurt them but help them and convinced them not to kill themselves and their families. Well the Sad cave were so lucky and hundreds of people killed themselves and their families so the American's wouldn't hurt them. All the people in the happy cave lived and were taken care of by the American's. The history here is really crazy and sad.

The cave was really cool and it was hard to imagine that hundreds and maybe thousands of people hid out in here.

It was really pretty

We had fun playing at the little park by the cave.

Such an independent child

After the cave and the park we went and had lunch at the beach. The day was just too nice to go home.

Pizza leftovers made a great easy lunch for the beach.

The path was a little steep to the beach.

But the beach was beautiful and it was fun to explore

We went to another new park called Uhera Upland Park

The slides on this one were great. It was a little wet and then it started to pour so we didn't stay long but we had a fun time.

They upgraded the park across the street. Well it would be across the street if there weren't fences all around base. Anyways this black slide is a ton of fun and the kids could spend hours on it.

Molly loves helping Jack

We did an experiment with yeast and watched it fill up a balloon with air. The boys thought it was really cool.

Jack thought it was pretty awesome too

Oh on the table again!

And his shirt is true to character. Jack is into everything and keeps us on our toes thats for sure.

The boys are getting so big! Jack is huge! And I am so happy to see the Taiwan sweatshirt back. But where is the tail? Looks like you are having a blast!
