Jordan River Temple

So a couple of weeks ago Emily and I went to the Jordan River Temple. She had the day off work and I only had school in the morning so we took off and went to the temple. We wanted to go to the Jordan River Temple because neither one of us had ever been. It is really pretty (well I'm not sure there is a temple that is not pretty). I love going to the temple and I love having one so close. I have been spoiled and blessed by having a temple less than 10 minutes away.

Let me just say that The Jordan River temple is on the most disorienting slope ever. I remember walking up to it, and it's not like it's on a super steep hill, nor is it on flat ground, but some weird, warping gradual slope thing.

Look, all I'm saying is that it confused me a bit.

That was my temple during my mission. I love it. So much less stressful than going to the Salt Lake temple, that's for sure!

Yeah for the temple! I've never been to the Jordan River Temple, how fun. Thanks for the post. Maybe we'll find some time to catch up soon. Good luck with finals!

that was fun, and weren't we sooo way spiritual for doing that on our day off. Good for us :) well that just about ate up any blessings I got from it!

that's where I received my endowment so I have special feelings for that temple! It is a blessing to have temples so close!
