Avila Beach

We spent a few mornings at the beach and it was so much fun..  Kade is not a huge fan of the water but he loves the sand.

Grandma Paula came to join us at the beach too.  Seth getting his feet wet. And man that hat would not stay on his head which was super annoying

Megan and Jesse have a special relationship, Jesse is definately the big brother.  So Megan decided to lay down and relax on the beach by covering her face, not a great idea.  Not more than 2 minutes later she was shreiking because Jesse had dumped a bucket of cold water on her.  Then the war started with lots of running up and down the beach.  Brinly and Davin were in on it too and it was hilarious.  Not to long before we were getting ready to leave Megan was lying down again and I hear Kade coming up with a bucket of water going "Megan, Megan, Megan".  It took me a minute or two to realize what he was doing.  Oh he takes after his dad.  And I saved Megan this time and told Kade he couldn't get her wet even though it would have been super funny.

The current wasn't too strong this day.

He wanted to be burried...what!!! The kid who hates to get dirty wants to be burried! Yes we will burry you!!

He loved it!  Jesse and I just stood there in shock.

And then he ws done, but he was burried a few more times.  He thought it was fun breaking out.  And do you notice how empty the beach is?  It was amazing and perfect.  I love that Kade puts his hat on backwards.  He will put it on forward too but more often wears it backwards.

Had to get a fun family picture of us all at the beach.  Not sure when that will happen again.  Too bad Seth doesn't look like he is having much fun.  We all had a great time at the beach.  Its a good thing we don't live super close to Avila or I'm pretty sure I would spend most of my summer at the beach and nothing would ever get done.
