Some Wednesdays we go to play to learn at the library put on by the children's museum. They always have a craft that Kade loves to do.

The do singing time and they get to get up and dance. This might have been the first and only time Kade has gotten up.

This is Gunner we were trying to tame her but then she ran away but hasn't gone too far we still see her in the yard and neighborhood.

Katrina gave me a gift card to Starbucks last year and i just used its.I got a chocolate chip frap with soy milk. It was super yummy. Even better i didn't have to share since i didn't have the boys.

I finally got to use my Christmas present from last year. and made more applesauce and tried apple butter. 

Mr Wheeler was in town so we got to visit him. I love this man.

Seth is getting really into books and has to be on your lap for us to read. 

We love hanging out with Cameron. He came and joined us for lunch one afternoon.

I am very proud of myself and finished Seth's blanket. I'm happy with how it turned out and Seth uses it...sometimes. I am just excited I finished it. Kind of makes me want to make another one.

I was cleaning one day and Seth just sat on the train table and played. He is getting good at connecting the trains together. 

This was a nasty rat infested dresser I cleaned out and brought back from California. I came home and cleaned it up and gave it a paint job and I love how it looks. Now it hold legos and lincoln logs and a few other things.

We got together with some friends and visited Lattin's Cider Mill. The boys had a great time. We got fresh homemade donuts, apple cider and got to feed the animals.

One day I decided to make some pillow cases and a few cute ties. The boys loved them.

It rained a lot. And I mean a lot so we went out to play in the puddles.

It was a sad day when my cherry rain boots got holes in them. I have had those things for years since my last year of college and they reminded me of the Cherry Chubbs. I do like my new rainboots Kade chose them and when I got home I thought how perfect they were. Umbrella's to remind me of Washington. Good choice Kade!

Cannon Beach

On our way to the beach we stopped and at Azteca a Mexican restaurant and Kade was loving the ice cream. Sometimes I just can't get over how cute he is.

Conference weekend we took a trip down to Seaside and Canon Beach. It was the perfect little get away and we were lucky to have amazing weather and a great place to stay thanks to my cousin Kay. Here are a few pictures from our point and shoot and phone camera. I'll maybe one day get my other pictures up.

We love our new carrier and Seth seems to enjoy it too.

I'm so glad we made the trip it. It has been on my to do list since we lived here.

We drove down to visit the Tillamook Cheese Factory our second day down there. It was fun watching them package the cheese and eating ice cream.

The boys were very intrigued and kept waving to the workers who were so sweet waved back.

Yum Ice cream Kade choose butter pecan which surprised me but he ate the whole thing.

This kid has the biggest sweet tooth.

After the cheese factory we stopped at a little beach to eat lunch and play in the sun.

The sun was out and we were at the beach so the swim suits had to go on.

Someone was excited

We had a very tired Seth, he did a good job pretending to sleep. On our way back we stopped and walked around the town of Cannon beach

My neighbor Tracy told us to go to the crepe place so we did and they were sooo good. I love Seth's face in this picture.

After naptime we headed to the town of Seaside to walk around and find some food. We ended up getting pizza at the Arcade. The pizza was ok but the boys had a blast in the arcade.

It was such a beautiful fun relaxing trip. I can't wait to go back.

On Sunday morning we had our traditional conference breakfast it was very yummy. When did my boys get so big? Time needs to slow down a bit. More pictures from this trip coming sometime.
